At All Kids Need Music, a non-profit organization that helps children, we are so grateful that our therapeutic music lessons are assisting abused, traumatized, and at risk children heal and recover lost ground in their young lives. It is absolutely amazing to witness the transformations that occur when these children are given the tools they need to process their grief. It truly does help level the playing field in a situation where the deck is totally stacked against them for their future. What Our Program Does for Abused & At Risk Children Our therapeutic music program helps children heal and grow by: Reducing depression and anxiety. Improving cognitive functioning. Increasing academic success. Growing self-esteem. Developing personal responsibility. National Adoption Month is a wonderful time of year where many children are adopted.
